the location is convenient near the subway station it's only a short walk the staff were friendly and helpful i received an upgrade from koey and wilson at the front desk i found the room clean and well equipped with a smart tv.
i encountered a charge of hk$3 per bottle for mineral water it would be beneficial if complimentary water was provided like other hotels offer

The location is VERY convenient. The train station is just a short walk away. There are also many restaurants nearby. The rooms were more spacious than expected. I found great toiletries.
The rooms were a bit dusty. The bathroom felt dated. Soundproofing was non-existent. I could hear city noise.
